Good intentions & a deep desire often don’t take us out of challenges & that can leave you with the feeling of being blocked or stuck in patterns or realities you don’t even want.

The spectrum of information that makes up your life is more than just what you take in with your five senses - much more. Not only that, but your five senses have adapted to the world & you’ve learned to perceive reality in certain ways. We’ve been taught to navigate life from a list of mediocre how-to’s that seem to conflict or not apply to us & with a very limited spectrum of information - what we “know” or more realistically, what we think we know rather than from personal or direct connection with life.
Opening yourself up to information that exists outside of the five senses’ field of perception is opening to Energy - all the information that makes up life. This is where change becomes possible - with new information being fed to you & the moment. It’s the difference of feeling stuck, confused with how to use your energy & feeling seen, supported, & able to get more playfully creative with a situation.
The reality is that life is your #1 teacher. All the experiences happening are there to give you opportunities, or portals as I like to call them, to shift your perception of reality. Life is a constant invitation to balance the unseen or subtle world of information with the physical expression - what we call “reality.”

There isn’t really a name for what Emily does other than to say that she feels much more familiar with the language of Energy than the English language (Italian even makes more sense to her than English most often) & has been deeply drawn most of her life to using that to help remember their infinite nature. To Emily Energy is the language of the spirit, the heart & of pure life expression. We’ve learned and adapted language to suit our agenda rather than to open up to what life wants to share with us. There is an abundance of guidance available that feeds every part of us endlessly. After 12 years of working 1:1 & guiding groups supporting people to feel more connected to the source of life within them, she brings a depth of trust & capacity to provide support that isn’t just about surviving or coping in this world but being in such an empowered relationship to life that your unique expression can come through to reawaken beauty in the world, for yourself & for all of us collectively.
